FCHAP fundraisers and membership dues help
the group to provide ongoing financial support for Preserve programs such as the Charlotte Harbor Estuaries Volunteer Water Quality Monitoring Network and Charlotte Harbor Soundings, the Friends' newsletter. The Friends also provide financial support to other agencies, partners, and organizations involved in environmental protection, education, and research, which have included the CHNEP, the Estero Bay Buddies, the Babcock Preservation Partnership, Lee County’s Conservation 20/20 land restoration fund, the Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife, and AmeriCorps.
